You're among the first couples to try Tilia. What you tell us helps us make it better.

The beta runs through TestFlight, Apple's official app for testing apps before launch. Trying Tilia is free.

    Install TestFlight

    Free on the App Store. In Apple's invitation it is “Step 1”.

    Open the invitation

    Open the link on your iPhone and tap “View in TestFlight”.

    Accept and install

    TestFlight shows you Tilia. Accept the invitation and install the app: it appears on your home screen like any other.

To use Tilia together, your partner needs to install it too. Share this page with them.

Cancel your subscription

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
  2. Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  3. Choose Tilia and tap Cancel Subscription.

On Android: open Google Play, tap your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, choose Tilia and tap Cancel subscription. The subscription stays active until the end of the paid period. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel it.

Restore purchases

New phone? In Tilia, open Settings and tap Restore purchases.

Delete your account

  1. In Tilia, open Settings.
  2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

We delete your account, your profile, your conversations with Alma, your reflections, what Alma remembers about you and your profile photo. What your partner wrote stays in their account, and your partner keeps your home.

Don't have the app anymore? Write to support@almarelacionamento.app from the e-mail address you signed in with, subject "Delete account". We delete your account and all your data within 30 days and confirm it by e-mail.

Retention: copies in backups disappear automatically within 30 days. Error reports (no content) are deleted after 90 days at most and usage statistics (no content) after 12 months at most. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it in the App Store or on Google Play.

Unpair from your partner

In Tilia, open Settings and tap Unpair. You can link again with a new code.

Artificial intelligence

Alma is an AI. You can turn the AI features on or off at any time in Settings → AI features.

Report a problem or abuse

Write us a short description. If possible, include your sign-in e-mail; we will never ask for your password.

Tilia is not an emergency service. If you are in danger, call 112 (EU) or your local emergency number.
